It’s Boba Time is a leading Boba and Refreshments franchise in Southern California, with over 90 active store locations.

Between 2023 and 2024, the company accelerated its growth by opening more than ten new franchise locations, including its first out-of-state expansions in Las Vegas and Arizona.

To broaden its customer base, the brand also launched its first major collaborative marketing campaigns with major entertainment companies such as HBO, Netflix, and Hulu.

As the Corporate Design Manager, I led a team of five designers to create cohesive, on-brand environments for new store openings. I managed franchisee design requests to ensure consistent visuals across all customer touchpoints, while working closely with other teams to launch marketing campaigns that matched the company’s visual identity and brand language.
